I transferred my game and it's save from my Xbox One to my Xbox Series X via Network transfer. I tried resetting the console, hard resets and all, and even did a factory reset. The discs have no damage whatsoever. Please help me with this issue as i don't have a wifi connection to install the game digitally.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
