Choose Red Dead Redemption 2 > Select Uninstall all. Make sure to select Uninstall all to confirm the task. Wait for the uninstallation process to complete. Reboot the system to apply changes. Then press the Xbox button on the controller to open the Guide menu again. I googled everything to try and fixI tried resetting the console, hard resets and all, and even did a factory reset. The discs have no damage whatsoever. Please help me with this issue as i don't have a wifi connection to install the game digitally.
Yes No {Parity} Replied on October 27, 2018 Report abuse I have found that doing the hard reset EXACTLY like this helps with may issues. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
